By purchasing any coaching program offered by Precision Waist Coaching, you agree to participate in a structured fitness and nutrition coaching program.

Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, adherence, and consistency.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of this coaching program, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the program has been purchased.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
3. Payment Terms
If you choose a payment plan option:
• You are agreeing to complete all scheduled payments.
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services.

Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled early.

6. Communication & Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional communication.
Failure to adhere to conduct expectations may result in termination of services without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Precision Waist Coaching shall not be held liable for:
• Lack of results
• Injury or health issues
• Business or financial losses
• Indirect or consequential damages
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
